Samba V2.07 Not working for me (Please Help)

My Samba server becomes unavailable if I mount a share using SMBFS. The
following is what I see at the client.

It is only unavailable while the share is mounted. If I unmount the share, the
server becomes available again.

I can mount a share on another samba computer and it works fine. I can provide
whatever info anyone needs to help me track this because I am at the end of my
tether. Im buggered if I can see anything wrong.
