Printer not working

Hello, samba people:
I've been toying with a shiny new replacement to our Novell system, and the
Samba system that I decided to go with is going to make my life a dream to
deal with. *IF* I survive the initial configuration...! :] I have a
question:
I can't get a printer to work. I have a printcap file on my RedHat 7 box
with two entries, and one of them works, the other doesn't. Both work using
lpr, but the "ricoh" printer won't through Samba. Looking through the
/var/spool/lpd/ricoh_lp/status.ricoh.lp file, the print job is submitted
successfully. The printcap file and smb.conf file are attached. I wonder if
anyone has any advice?
# extract of status.ricoh_lp file.
