VMWare allows you to run Linux virtual machines on your W2K/NT
desktop, and W2K/NT/95/98 virtual machines on your linux box, fully
networked, full GUI support, etc.  We use it here for testing
installs and it works great.

Virtual Network Computing is the only thing that I know of. It isn't nearly
as nice as Reflection X for Windows Users. However, if you have a fast LAN
connection it should do the trick with a decent size monitor.
