How to create Multigroup (Multidomain) access?

Hi,

How can we create access for the second group (domain) on the server?
Now we have only one workgroup = UNIFX :

[global]
   ...
   guest account = nobody
   log file = /usr/local/samba/var/log.%m
   log level = 3
   password level = 0
   preserve case = yes
   revalidate = yes
   security = share
   admin users = root
   browseable = no
   dead time = 15
   delete readonly = no
   map archive = no
   map hidden = yes
   message command = echo Message from %f on %m>/tmp/%f.tmp.tmp;cat
/tmp/%f.tmp.tmp %s|/usr/sbin/wall -a;rm %s /tmp/%f.tmp.tmp
   min print space = 10000
   server string = UNIF/X NFS Server

   wins support = yes
   workgroup = UNIFX
   locking = yes
   strict locking = no
   short preserve case = yes
