i have a running samba server here and print to it from a win 98
machine. this works very fine. but i cannot see the printer queue and
for example hold a job. why???
i logged on the printer share with smbclient from anotherlinux machine
and trid the "queue" command, and there also i could not see any qeued
jobs. but lpq -Plp on the samba machine shows all the jobs which are
queued.
please help me! any ideas?
