Directory specific umask

Hi there!

I am wondering if it's possible to set umask for different directories? I 
have a home section so users can use their home directories from windows 
and in these dirs there's a dir called public_html for personal homepages. 
Now since umask sets quite hard restrictions not allowing theses pages to 
be viewed if they are created in windows I was wondering if I could set a 
less restrictive umask for this particular dir.
