Samba 2.0.6 problem: Makefile

While linking a shared library (smbwrapper) here, the LDFLAGS are
missing.
The link command consists out of
 @$(LD) -shared -o $@ $(PICOBJS) $(LIBS)
So there is no additional LDFLAGS which results in not finding the SSL
lib
since it is not in any of the standard paths.
