Samba 2.02,2.06

Halo the Samba Team,
please pay attention to the folowing problem:

Operating System: HPUX B.11.00
Compiler: HP aC++  B.11.01.06
Runtime: English HPUX 32-bit B.11.00
Samba: 2.02, 2.06
Problem: some Programs ( Centura  SQL Windows/32 ) are able to change the
ownership and to write in the files, where the connected user is not the
owner and doesn't have the write permission as a member of the group.
By the way the version 1.9.18p behaves correctly.
