problem with macro

Because this command in smb.conf does not function when
include = / home/samba/script/script.%m include = /
home/samba/script/script.%u
None of the two is functioning this comes back the following message:

in testparm Can't find include file / home/samba. ' '
If I to include the macro %u in another part of smb.conf, nao receive
the error testparm but exactly thus nao functions as it waited.
