Multiple workgroups

Hi,

we're trying to get a server to appear in multiple domains under multiple
netbios alises.  we are trying to do this by using the include = blah/conf.%L
line, however, the workgroup we set in the included conf file doesn't seem to
override one in smb.conf ( which... if undefined seems to force the machine to
appear in WORKGROUP ) 

has anyone any ideas on this??
