samba and named

Hi,

When running samba without our name-server we pass every test
from the Diagnostics file

but after starting named and running 'smbclient -L BIGSERVER'
we get a 'session request failed'

Added interface ip=198.9.200.220 bcast=198.9.200.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
session request to 198.9.200.220 failed
session request to *SMBSERVER failed

We are told that we use the wrong ip-address range.
This is only for a private LAN so I don't believe this is 
the problem. I guess the real problem is our nameserver.
