RPC failuyre? Group list failure?

Ok folks, two things I got a question on here.

1) When I downloaded the 95/98 version of User manager for dmomains, it
installs fine, but it crashes when I run it, complaining of RPC errors

2) acording to the FAQ, you can add group lists and user lists for things
like Domain administrators, but that doesn't seem to be working. The logs
say that the paramaters are unknown and being ignored.

Any ideas anyone?
