I am running Samba 2.0.7 on AIX 4.3.2. My problem is that when a file is updated, the user and group ownership of the file is changed to whomever was the last to update the file. This can create serious problems when the last person to update the file belongs to a group that the next person to attempt to access the file does not have permission to access.
