how to submit contributions?

On the basis of samba 2.0.7, I've implemented the following:

(1) haven shares to behave as "hot folders" which perform a
    predefined action whenever a file has been dropped into
    (by slightly enhancing the magic script code)

(2) a derivative of smbclient, smbrcp, which behaves like the
    standard UNIX rcp command.

I'd like to make these publicly available but don't know
how to do it best.
