T Shell program

Our software vendor has installed a T Shell program on our Sun Server
running Solaris 2.6

This shell is quiet helpful in allowing you to back space and easily edit
the command line.  Other features include using the up and down arrows to
scroll through the last commands to use them.

Can anyone tell me where I can download this program?

I would like to install it myself on other Sun servers we have.
