If your installing the server on a homogenous Novell network, you might be
better off with a package like mars-nwe - that way you wouldn't have to
install additional software on the clients and it would function in your
existing security context.

  I like to know if anyone has ever gotten samba to work on Sun Solaris on a
Novell Network.
  I don't have an issue with installation on Sun Solaris that works fine.
But I've never put Samba
