ROFL! :-)

The instruction to go to "http://localhost:901" assumes that you are
running the browser *on the Unix machine where Samba and SWAT are
running* (it means "connect to port 901 on the local machine").

Running IE on one of your Windows machines you might be able to get to
SWAT by using "http://name-of-samba-server:901/" (but I don't know off
hand whether SWAT will accept connections from remote addresses - I've
never actually used it myself).
