error connecting to xx.xx.xx.xx (permission denied)

Hello,

I'm having problems connecting to a server which has multiple IP
addresses bound to the card with the following error:

error connecting to xx.xx.xx.xx (permission denied)

The IP address currently bound to the card is a pointer record and not
the IP address in the DNS. This was because it was the last IP address
entered in the advance tag.

What exactly does the error mean, and how can i resolve it?
