RPC when using Network Neighborhood

I have checked the archive and have seen a couple of people with the same
question but I have not found an answer.

I am using Samba 2.0.5b on a variety of unix flavors.  The NT 4sp5 clients can
not browse the shares through Network Neighborhood but can connect with net
use.  When they attempt to connect to the machines through NN they get a RPC
error occurred and can not browse the shares.  Any help on this would be
appreciated.
