2 Win98 boxes--one prints to network printer, one doesn't

Any ideas why 2 Win98 boxes on the same subnet have different results?

I can browse and access network shares from both computers, but one of them
can't print to the network printer.

The only difference that I can see is that one has kernel version 4.10.1998
(doesn't print) and the other is version 4.10.2222 A (prints).
