Connecting NT WS to Samba and NT

I am setting up a student server at my college, and need to find out if
samba can peform the task.

I intend using RedHat 6.1, and samba 2.0.6

Can NT workstations log into samba in the same way as Win95 machines, ie
no setup of each machine on the server.

I am particularly interested in allowing the workstations to login to
the server as an alternate domain.

Are there any particular configuration settings I need to know?

Is there anything else I should know?
