NMB [failed]

Howdy

When my redhat 6.1 samba-2.0.5a-12 on a dell/100/pentium, boots I see
the output
 
from boot.log
Feb 17 16:13:24 nubble smb: smbd startup succeeded
Feb 17 16:13:25 nubble smb: nmbd startup failed 

from the log.nmb

  Unable to get my hostname - exiting.   

Where is it looking for the host name??
