Locking error in the installation of Samba

Alas, if you get then locking mesage. configure has failed
utterly.

As it's actually a shell script, run it like this:
	sh -x configure 2>&1 | tee oops
and then email me oops.log and everything else whose
name starts with "conf", and I'll see if I can spot the problem.
