Samba 2.0.6 on Solaris 2.6

oh come on....  do you really think this is a disk space problem simply
because part of the error message says "No space left on device"?  well
anyways, i did track the problem down, it was due to the limited number of
semaphores, it was fixed when i increased the number of semaphores in
/etc/system.
