Trouble smbclient 'dir' on NW share throuth MS Gateway service for NW???

smbclient '\\monster\sys' -D '1sbw6\pr_bit' -d 6 -Tc - |gzip -c
>distfile.tgz
To my mind - memory leak, swap space++

This directory have
 93 files 5.8Mb and 4 subdir
DOS name space

when I print  
>smbclient '\\monster\sys' -D '1sbw6\pr_bit'  -c dir     
no result return by Ctrl-C
>smbclient '\\monster\sys' -D '1sbw6'  -c dir     
Ok
>smbclient '\\monster\share1' -D '1sbw6\pr_bit'  -c dir     
where share1 - WinNT share on FAT16, stored files equvalent on \\host\share
Ok


smbclient 2.0.6 on FreeBSD2.2.2
host - WinNT4.0+SP4
share -  shared throuth Gateway Service for NW (NW4.11+SP5)
