re-entering Password in Windows NT

Hello Samba´s !

Maybe one of you will find some seconds of  time to give me a short
hint, how to solve my following SAMBA- related problem :

I have SAMBA (2.0.5a) running on SGI- Workstations under IRIX 6.5.6
I want to connect to them from NT- Workstations (WinNT 4.0 SP 4.0 /5.0)

For each share, which is connected to a drive letter, the users have 
to re-enter their passwords again, at any login. 



The Usernames and Passwords are exactly the same in NT /UNIX. 
I´ve attached my "smb.conf"- file here, if it helps ... ?

(How) Is it possible to automatically connect the shared ressources
after the standard NT- login- Procedure ?
