Working Passwd Chat for Unix Password Sync on Redhat 6.1

When using password sync, you usually have 'encryption' turned on.

If so, smbpasswd does not know the plaintext old password.  Therefore,
it can only run as root, and with the assumption that it does not know
the 'old password'.

Also, turn on debug mode at the level of 100, and then turn on password
chat.
