Problem with IPC?

Hi mkm,
|[2000/12/14 07:59:30, 0] locking/shmem_sysv.c:sysv_shm_open(667)
| Can't create or use IPC area. Error was File exists
|[2000/12/14 07:59:30, 0] locking/locking.c:locking_init(174)
| ERROR: Failed to initialise share modes

And on the linux box:
cd /tmp
ls -al

gots cannot stat IPC$

then reboot to init 1
cd /tmp
rm -r IPC$
rmdir IPC$

and things possibly gets better...
