change of IP

We had this problem -- try stopping samba, delete the files ending in 
.dat in the lock directory (on our machine they're in 
/var/lock/samba.d/) and restart samba. 

Samba will recreate these files (takes a few seconds) and then the IP's 
should work (assuming everything else is correct).
