wins re-registration problem.

Hi,

I am running samba 2.0.7 on Solaris 2.8 and it appears to not be
re-registering with our wins server.

I noticed that this was fixed in #54 in the list:

54). Fix for WINS server code where "do you still want name?" request was
being sent to the wrong IP address.

Has anyone else seen this?
