problem accessing files

I have a problem accessing files on my sambaserver. if i try to copy several files to the server i get the following message:

you may not be able to access files created in directory ...
cannot copy file ..., file exists. (Which is not the case).

Some files are copied to the server though. If i try to access them with my Windows client, i get the following message:

cannot copy file, windows is unable to find the file. this item might have already been deleted or moved, press F5 to refresh the view of this folder.

But i am sure the file exists, because i can normaly access it under linux.

Does anybody know an answer to my problem? I have included log files below.
