Hi there Kerry,
What happens when you are hosting say three separate domain names
eg.
domainname.com
domainname.co.nz and
domainname.com.au
and each has a valid and separate RR and separate entries in named.conf
- How do you represent in the rev DNS so that www.domainname.com,
www.domainname.co.nz and www.domainname.com.au all
point to the same IP address?
Is it
1 PTR www.domainname.co.nz
1 PTR www.domainname.com.au
1 PTR www.domainname.com
Regards,
Bruce.
