strange nmbd behaviour..............

This is not recommended.  nmbd has known issues running from inetd.  By
far the best thing is just to run it with `-D'.  (smbd, on the other
hand, can run under inetd with no trouble, but if you're writing a boot
script for the one you may as well include both.)
