	It's supposed to be automagic (;-))

	On a Solaris system, it's started in /etc/rc2.d/S73nfs.client,
	with the command "/usr/lib/nfs/lockd >/dev/msglog 2>&1 &".
	This will differ from vendor to vendor, of course...
