Quickbooks Pro 6.0 file sharing with samba

	Then quickbooks is using a "private" locking scheme
	that interacts badly with the standard Windows locks,
	which Samba supplies.

	You're probably going to have to look at packet dumps
	and reverse-engineer it to find out what's gone wrong.
	Is there a Quickbooks mailing list? Someone may have
	seen this before...
