a problem with samba 2.0.7

Hi all,

I try to install samba 2.0.7 by compile the source and i've got a problem 
when i execute ./configure in the source directory. it report this error :

checking configure summary
ERROR: No locking available. Running Samba would be unsafe

I've got Linux Mandrake 6.0 and don't know the source of the problem, i hope 
you know this problem...

Anyone could help me pleaz ?
