Automatically setting up printer drivers in NT4

The NT spool services protocol is completely different from what
Windows95 uses (and Samba supports).  The code to handle NT spoolss
exists in Samba pre-3.0.0, and allegedly it does work.  I believe
Jeremy has said he plans to put it in 2.0.8, which (I'm guessing) won't
be released for a few months.
