Weird!

I had another look on my /etc/printcap however, sh and sf look
somehow different:
	lp:printer:\
		:sh#0:\
		:sf#0:\
	etc.etc.

I also experienced that the changes don't work immediately. When
you have made your changes to printcap and smb.conf do the following:
	- stop samba daemons
	- stop lpd
	- wait a while :-)
	- start lpd
	- start samba daemons
You may also try to repeat these steps two or three times...
It worked for me once - don't ask me why...
