accessing same file on multiple machines.

Hello,
	I've got a question concerning a database and samba. I'm going to be
sharing an access database among several machines. I'm wonderin:
first, what will happen if two user's try to open the same database at
the same time
and secondly, how will the updating process go if one of those user's
makes a change in that database, will it be reflected on the other user's
machine?
