If it's a parsing glitch with /etc/printcap, as I suspect it is, you
can work around it easily enough.  Go ahead and remove the parameters
`printcap name =' and `printing =' and the [printers] pseudo-share.
Then create a share for each printer you want to share.  (Copy the
parameters from your existing [printers] share, or change them to suit
your mood.)

If that doesn't clear up your problem, then my theory about the parsing 
glitch is wrong.
