Win98 - Poor speed in both directions.

Only getting 300 - 400 kbytes/sec on file copies,
in both directions.

I'm using SAMBA 2.06 on FreeBSD 3.4

The server is far from overloaded, and ftp transfers
between the same client and server go about
8 times faster.

I have set
socket options = IPTOS_LOWDELAY TCP_NODELAY

I've never noticed this rather ordinary speed before,
since I've usually had 10MHz ethernet cards in
clients in the past.

Any ideas?
