List Search Problem

I have been trying to search for an answer to a problem for the past week and
get the following:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://us1.samba.org/search/smb-mail.shtml 
The following error was encountered: 
     Connection Failed 
The system returned: 
    (111) Connection refused
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. 

What am I doing wrong?
