using nmbd on Win32

Since the samba suite, minus smbd, has been ported to the Cygnus
POSIX system for Win32, would it be possible to run nmbd on WindowsNT?

This way, wouldn't it be possible to use samba-only browsing
configurations and browse servers, and thus be able to do remote
announce and remote browse sync?  (Which I think are unique
to Samba)

I have 3 domains, and 1 WINS server (samba) and I want everyone
to see all 3 domains, and MS-style browsing just doesn't work.
