nmbd merged. smbd merged.  printing merged (couple of weird bugs, but it
basically works.  well done jean-francois!).

NOTE: if you understand NT printing and how it works, you will do OK with
the new NT-style printing.  i.e you have to install a printer on the
server (you will need an NT cd for this) and you should create a share
[print$] which is world-readable and admin-only writeable.
