redhat->nt printing problem after samba upgrade

if the server is a Samba box then it is probably a "hosts deny"
problem as I mentioned.

If it is a Win9X box then change the smbclient line to this:

      /dcs/packages/samba/bin/smbclient //lana/lwp600 -I lana.ps.uci.edu -P -N

Win9X doesn't accept *SMBSERVER and doesn't like being called anything
but its primary netbios name.
