Pointer to a "Samba for Dummies" tutorial?

I'm just planning to set up Samba for my 1st time. 
Never worked with it.  I'm not even a Linux expert.

Is there any VERY simple "how-to" tutorial out there
to set up the most basic Samba file-sharing on an
Ethernet network?  (3 Windows PCs, 1 Linux PC)

ANY advice appreciated before I dive into this.
