Urgent! Race Condition!

RACE CONDITION!

Samba 2.0.5a on RS/6000 w/AIX 4.3.2 with shared mem size set to 4194304.
PIII 450 with NT4sp4.

3 smbd's were in a race condition (Each had 25% of CPU time) smbstatus would
race during this time and had to be killed. Killing the smbd's did not solve the
problem. All ?nmd's had to be stopped and samba restarted.

This happened last week as well, but we dismissed it as a fluke - but it appears
to be back!
