My question on creating binaries

Hi People
		Thanks to all who replied I did not word the question very
well. I had a problem in compiling the binaries on one machine then moving
them to another where they would not work. What I did not know then was that
the semaphores were not cleared when samba 1.9.18p1 was stopped so I got a
shared memory and semaphores error. Cleared it by rebooting after installing
the new bins.

	I guess I'm yer man as far as this is concerned, as srio5 is managed
by me. I presume you've spoken to Colin Edwards regarding why; the when
should be by Mid-October if poss., although if you need me I am on leave the
first two weeks, and between now and then I've got such things as CSG to
take up some of my time. The final move of BRS from the Vax was due to take
place early-mid October; how much this influences the web server
installation I'm not sure.
