samba printer passwd

Dear All:

I have a problem about the configuration of samba. I intsalled the samba
on IRIX 6.5. When I print a file from other PC, it always asks me
passwd. It shows" you must supply a passwd to make this connection" and
all of passwd for myslef and root are not valid.

Does anyone give me some sugestions? Your advices and suggestions will
be deep appreciated.
