Yes. It is called the Windows for Workgroups for MSDOS add-on. Back in the
days of Windows for Workgroups 3.1, I installed a bunch of these on DOS
client. They worked as well as can be expected given how primitive DOS was.
I used the usual array of net commands to accomplish things.
